How to register

Conference registration fees

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

**Reduced rate available to full-time university students; proof of full-time enrolment must be supplied.


Conference registration entitlements

Full conference and student registration fee includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions and exhibition
  • Daily welcome/morning/afternoon teas and lunches
  • One (1) ticket to attend the Welcome Reception (Tuesday14 November)*
  • One (1) ticket to attend the Conference Dinner (Wednesday 15 November)*

*Please indicate attendance via the registration form.

Day registration fee includes:

  • Entry to conference sessions and exhibition on the day of registration
  • Daily welcome/morning/afternoon teas and lunches

This registration type does not include social functions, however, tickets are available for purchase.


Workshop registration fees

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

You do not have to attend the conference to register for workshops. You may choose to only attend workshops. Please click here for more information on the workshops.

Workshop registration fee includes:

  • Entry to the pre-conference workshop
  • Arrival tea and coffee
  • Morning and afternoon tea on the day of the workshop
  • Lunch on the day of the workshop
  • Workshop materials

This registration type does not include social functions, however, tickets are available for purchase.


Accommodation

Competitive accommodation rates, negotiated for conference delegates, have been sourced at The Westin Sydney. Please visit the accommodation page for more information.

All accommodation is subject to hotel availability. You are encouraged to secure your accommodation as soon as possible to avoid dissappointment.

Registration is confirmed once payment is received, using any of the following methods.

Only Visa and Mastercard is accepted. Please note that charges to your credit card will appear as "ICMS Australasia Pty Ltd" on your bank statement.


Payment deadlines

Registration must be paid in full by 15 August 2017 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.


Registration cancellation policy

Deadline: 15 September 2017

Cancellations must be notified by email to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received by 15 September 2017 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 15 September 2017 without incurring any penalty provided the Conference Secretariat is advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
